Librovium is operated by Reofast Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or register for early access.

Librovium is currently evaluating interest in a proposed online book-formatting platform.

When you register for early access, we collect:

We do not currently request manuscripts, payment-card information or purchases.

We do not sell early-access email addresses or personal information to advertisers.

4. Optional Updates and Withdrawal of Consent

Joining the early-access list does not automatically subscribe you to promotional updates.

You may separately choose whether to receive optional updates. To withdraw your consent, email privacy@librovium.com. We will stop sending the optional updates covered by your withdrawal.

We may still contact you about matters directly related to your early-access registration where permitted by law.

5. Service Providers and International Processing

Librovium uses Cloudflare services for website delivery, security verification and storage of early-access registration information.

Cloudflare and its service providers may process personal information outside New Zealand. Where required by applicable privacy laws, we will take appropriate steps to ensure international disclosures and processing arrangements provide the necessary protections.

We may also disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect website security.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse and disclosure. These include access controls, security verification and established infrastructure providers.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain early-access registration information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.

If Librovium does not proceed following the smoke test, we will delete the early-access personal information collected during the test within 30 days after the smoke test ends, unless a longer period is required by law.

If Librovium proceeds, we will review the information retained and update our privacy practices as the service develops.

You may request earlier deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent to optional updates.
• Raise concerns about how your information is handled.
